Machine Learning Estimation of a Suitable Level of Physical Activity to Reduce Sleep Disorders

The appropriate level of physical activity required to mitigate the risk of sleep disorders remains unknown. We analyzed a publicly available dataset of physical activity obtained through wearable devices and self-reported history of sleep disorders. Partial dependence plots generated by machine learning analysis showed that increased physical activity was associated with reduced risk of sleep disorders.
